In our early years, it is difficult to grasp scarcity
when we are surrounded by abundance
as “you are young and life is long”.

experiences and emotions,
all shaped by the relentless passage of time.
You look into the mirror and feel as though it is lying,
because it seems like only yesterday you were young enough
to fit into that ride.
Yet every good book has a final chapter,
and it is what you do with the pages in between that makes
it a biography worth reading.
